Terms & conditions
Terms of use.
Last updated June 24, 2026
Welcome to attentivebrain. By accessing or using this website and game (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
attentivebrain is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it for your own focus and memory practice. You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means to gain an unfair leaderboard advantage, or interfere with other people's use.
2. Accounts
Signing in is optional and handled through Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Choose a display name that is not offensive, impersonating, or infringing — we reserve the right to remove names, photos, or scores that violate these terms or that we reasonably consider inappropriate.
3. Leaderboard conduct
The leaderboard is meant to be a fair, friendly record of real scores. Submitting falsified scores, exploiting bugs, or otherwise manipulating rankings is not permitted, and we may remove affected entries at our discretion.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, and code, is owned by attentivebrain and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without permission, except as allowed by law.
5. Disclaimer
attentivebrain is a casual training game offered "as is." It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. The metrics it reports are for personal interest only. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome and do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, attentivebrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
